FCA Running Camp

This camp is for all middle school and high school cross country and/or track distance runners who already have a solid base running fitness. This camp is not recommended for beginning runners. We will offer a challenging athletic program that will include running on trails and some rough terrain. Please do not attend camp if you have any pre-existing injuries. You need to arrive at camp completely healthy and ready to run a minimum of 20 miles while at camp. Do not come to camp to get in shape. Get in shape to come to camp!
